Well this week flew by. I have to say I haven't done as well as I would have liked. But I weighed in this morning and had a gain of 1.8 lbs. This puts me at a total loss of 3.8 lbs. On to the next week and let's hope I get back on track.
On another note..I started Week 4 day 1 of my C25k app and it was really difficult. 3 & 5 minute jogging intervals were a killer. I didn't finish the first day. I started getting sharp pains in my right knee. I had to stop. I don't want to injure myself. I have a lot of weigh that I carry around and it's killing my knees and ankles. I'm going to try again tonight and hopefully the pain will be gone.
